Why this Mentorship?
The focus of this mentorship is to help you live an embodied life; one that is richer, more connected and truly authentic to who you are!
I do not want to coach you. I want to help you navigate the journey. The universe and spirit are your official coaches, knowing where you need to be and go! I will help you connect with these divine coaches, to recognize them and shift into living in alignment with your highest self.
It's easy to get lost in our busy day to day lives. Especially when life throws us a curve ball. I want to help you develop the tools to ride the waves of ebb and flow, by nurturing your relationship to your sacred self.
You do not need to have the same beliefs that I do. In fact I don't expect you to. We will work within the framework of your beliefs, honoring your personal faith and heritage.
What do you need is an open heart and mind and a curiosity to turn inward and explore the depths of your being.
Over the course of the 8 weeks we will focus on:
-shadow work & journaling
-connecting to your Authentic Self.
-shifting energetic blocks & deconstructing limiting beliefs.
-expansion of your consciousness and the reconnection of the duality within us all.
You will receive weekly calls and check ins, in person one on one sessions, energetic healing through Reiki, guidance to an expanded consciousness and a deeper sense of self.
